Deciphering the various combinations of mainboard series, cpu's and cores in VIA's Mini-ITX lineup can be challenging. The following charts should clarify things a bit.

The first chart compares the VIA mainboard series. These typically differ by their back panel and onboard I/O connectors. The charts lists the mainboard series across the top and the various I/O connectors along the vertical axis. The column marked “Original” was the first EPIA Mini-ITX mainboard from VIA and didn't have a series designation.
